What is Blocks for Babies?
2D Puzzle Action
Classic tetromino-dropping gameplay gets a roguelite overhaul. Stack blocks in the world’s most satisfing game-loop, then go further with powerful abilities that trigger with each line clear.
3D First-Person Shooting
Shoot and shape the game board by going eye-level with the blocks you’ve placed. Let loose against the demonic horde to fix mistakes, set up line clears, and prove you’re the baddest baby.
Roguelite Progression
Build your runs with unique items that power you up in both 2D and 3D. Find new weapons, earn rewards, and unlock abilities between runs to keep growing game after game.
Little Baby, BIG Beginnings
First developed for videogamedunkey’s BigMode Game Jam, Blocks for Babies is growing up into a full-fledged roguelite title, planned for release on Steam in 2025. This full game expands on the initial jam version in every way, bringing more blocks, more guns, and more baby to young and old players alike.
